I began using ELITeXPO and working with Jan a year-and-a-half ago. Before then, I would use a common carrier or the show designated carrier. The difference in the past two years has been amazing to me. ELITeXPO has not let me down once, and Jan in particular is very thorough, proactive, detail oriented and I feel that she takes a very caring and involved interest in my Trade Show Schedule. Additionally, I can, and have, called “last minute” for transportation help – even internationally- and she has worked to solve my problem from that moment. Just excellent, excellent service. And while Jan is very special to me, I have met and worked with other ELITeXPO workers, and they all have that “can do, will do” attitude. I was using the show carrier at my events and was unhappy with the pricing and service I was receiving so I started searching for a new carrier. I decided to try a couple of different companies and ELITeXPO surpassed them all. Their pricing and service are excellent. Jan in particular is on top of everything and will send me reminders, phone calls, paperwork and labels when she knows I have an upcoming show to make sure I don’t miss any deadlines. She will even call me the last day of the show to make sure we are all set for our shipment and to confirm the driver will be there on time.
